Duties

Maintain the Troop Medical Records: Classes 1, 2 & 3.
Ensure that a minimum of two (2) full copies of medical records travel with Troop to ALL campouts and any day-activities that take place away from primary Troop meeting location. If necessary, for specialized activities, ensure that each Scout & Adult Volunteer has up-to-date Medical Record in their backpack (Troop Leader will notify Medical Records Coordinator of such an event).
Assist Scouts and Adult Volunteers keep current with appropriate Medical Record.
Assist in the update of Troop Medical Record Status on website.
Maintain Troop Medical Kit & keep kit supplied.
